Talking about socializing

I think they are colleagues.They work together.Its there free time so they are having drinks or snacks and they are discussing something related to work.

I think you’re right they most likely work together and are relaxing a bit after work or maybe they’ve just finished lunch and are having another drink before they go to the office. They seem to be having fun, so it might be work or some of their private life, what they did during the weekend or some movie they watched.
The couple in the picture might be colleagues of the same company having a little chat possibly related to projects or specific targets to meet at work. According to their facial expressions they agree with the other’s opinion, it seems they get on well. The place where they are sharing their ideas might be the entrance of a restaurant, it is highly probable they are having a meeting at lunch time.
Some great speculating skills. They will come in handy when you are doing Speaking part 2 of the CAE when you compare and contrast the 2 pictures.
