The best way to remember vocabulary or new words is to review them from time to time. I would recommend reviewing the phrasal verbs:
So, first just review and see if you remember what they mean, and which ones you do and don’t remember (Your vocabulary booklet, flashcards, online exercises).
Next, would be some more practice exercise online, or try to write some sentences with them. You can easily write them in the comments in the different units.
Finally try to use them in English conversations at school, work, online, friends,… Pick a few of the words you want to practice, write them on a piece of paper and try to use them in some conversations you are having. Then scratch out the ones you managed to use. Try to make sure that by the end of the day you have used all of them.
If you review, practice and try to use them multiple times, they will become part of your active vocabulary and you will really progress. This process is the same for any vocabulary in any language, from trying to remember them, what they mean to active use takes some time. But, you do need to take that time and actively do something with the words, if you just do the exercise once, and never try to use them, you will never really progress.
So, don’t let the learning stop at the end of the exercises, do something more with it and you’ll really grow.
