• For every class you will have written and or spoken feedback on some of the problems you had and how to improve them. 
• You will get to know your strengths and what you already do very well. 
• You will also get to know what language you will need to improve to get a better score
• You will get detailed feedback on your speaking performance
• If you need additional feedback, I will provide it to you.

• First of all you will be assessed by doing multiple interview role plays and getting feedback on those
• You will do different exercises and tasks in and outside class which will be assessed and help you understand the problems you face.
• You will do additional vocabulary and grammar practice to help you improve your General English

• It depends on how much time you have outside class.
• Some students have very little time and do 30 minutes of homework a week
• Other students do 2,3,4 hours of homework outside class

Yes, you can cancel a class and reschedule it for some other time.

Yes, if you feel you are not happy with the course you can cancel the course at any time.

You only need to pay for the classes you did.

If you paid additional money, it will be refunded to you on your credit cards or bank account within the week.
